Ancillary services - Generators

Diesel/gas generators/Gensets are valued devices that will contribute to the energy grid of the future to ensure the security of supply.
Participation creates both revenue for being available and being active, where the producer is paid for the MWh produced. A Genset can participate in several programs where the TrueGreen system ensures continuous revenue optimization.

Existing systems can be upgraded so that emergency power generates revenue – applicable requirements:

ü  Production must be documented by bi-meters

ü  Genset must be able to start in 5 minutes from orders from the control center. 

ü  Production is considered a contribution to the overall balance – therefore production may cover one's consumption
