Terms and conditions of use

General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through scnordicshop.dk, operated by S.C. Nordic. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We recommend you read them before completing your purchase.

Ordering and contract

A binding agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in [DKK] and include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. We accept different payment methods, ask us for more details regarding your project.

Delivery

We ship all around Denmark. Any delivery dates given are indicative. Risk for the goods passes to you once the items have been delivered.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@scnordic.com before the period expires, and return the goods in substantially the same condition. You bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Warranty and complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. If a product is defective, contact us at support@scnordic.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Where a complaint is justified, we will repair, replace, refund, or reduce the price as appropriate.

Liability

S.C. Nordic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR rules.

Complaints and disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may file it with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, or via the EU Commission's online ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
