Service agreement for TrueGreen Loadbank
This service agreement is tailored to companies that use S.C. Nordic's TrueGreen Loadbank as part of our energy management and participation in system services (e.g., FCR-D and aFRR). The agreement ensures stable operation, high uptime, and documented quality throughout the lifetime of the plant.
The agreement includes:
1. Online monitoring and status control
Continuous remote monitoring of the equipment via the TrueGreen platform. Every month, we verify that all heating elements are functioning correctly and that communication and measurement data are stable.
2. Automatic fault repair and replacement
If a fault is detected, the heating element in question is replaced free of charge so that the plant can quickly be restored to full operation.
3. Quarterly online service check with report
A manual remote service is performed every quarter, during which data, log files, and performance are analyzed. The customer receives a brief technical report with status and any recommendations.
4. Annual physical service visit
A technician inspects the entire installation on site: load bank, control panel, controller, meters, and communication. Functional and safety tests are performed, as well as cleaning and general maintenance.
5. Ongoing audits from Energinet.dk
All units that provide services in the System Markets are continuously audited by Energinet. Audits are performed at their request and require that various documentation and logs be generated.
